The Vineyard Story
Imagine this: rolling green hills, warm Aussie sunshine, and a gentle breeze whispering through the vines. That's Squire's Vineyard, where we're all about two things – delicious grapes and good times!
We grow just two grape varieties here: juicy Merlots, known for their bold red wines, and vibrant Verdelhos, bursting with refreshing acidity. But sustainability is a big deal for us, so we nurture our vines with only organic and biological goodies. Think of it like giving the grapes a spa day, all natural!
Once the grapes are happy and ripe, we hand-pick them (no machines here!). Then, the magic happens. Merlot grapes transform into a smooth, full-bodied red wine, perfect for a cozy night in. Verdelho grapes take a few different paths. Some become a crisp and refreshing Verdelho, ideal for sipping on a hot day. Others get a little fizzy and become our ever-popular Sparkling Verdelho – perfect for celebrating anything and everything!
We also have a delightful Merlot Rosé. Think of it as a summer breeze in a bottle, light and refreshing. Perfect for chilling on the patio or enjoying a casual lunch.
