In-house Styling & Event Management is included

Squire’s all-inclusive packages cover everything from venue hire fees, furnishings, inventory, and equipment to pre-wedding planning, event styling, on-the-day event management, as well as set up and pack down services - making your wedding planning process smooth and enjoyable. Our dedicated in-house styling and event planning team are here to bring the vision you have for your wedding to life. Our extensive in-house inventory features a wide array of premium custom furniture items, vintage rattan armchairs, outdoor lounges, elegant outdoor rugs, rustic wine barrels, exquisite glass pillar and votive candle holders, neon signs and high-quality real touch artificial florals in a variety of colours and schemes. We constantly update and expand our inventory, ensuring that your wedding is both timeless and on-trend. For Premium Wedding Packages and Garden Wedding Packages we also include our Croquet Pavilion, Pagoda Marquees, Vintage Caravan Bar, Vintage Style Rattan Furniture, Outdoor Lounges & Lawn Games

Styling and hiring of equipment and the many “extras” that go with weddings is where couples often lose control of their budget and what was supposed to be a $20k or $30k wedding becomes a $40k or $50k plus wedding. This is where the packages at Squire’s really and truly come into their own. We have had so many couples say how much they loved knowing that we had them covered for just about everything they needed to make their wedding day really special and how “stress free” this made the process.

Luxury On-Site Accommodation - it's your wedding after all - you want to feel pampered!

Accommodating groups of up to 30 on-site accommodation guests our Luxury Guest House & Suites are a photographer's delight and ideal for your on the day "getting ready" shots.

The Guest House evokes style and serenity with commanding views to our boutique vineyard. Ideally suited to a group of up to 10 adults and 4 children or 14 adults (in shared rooms). With 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, separate Living Pavilion with kitchen, dining and lounge and dual courtyards, the property provides the perfect base for the wedding party or family and friends of the bride and groom to stay together in complete comfort. Breakfast provisions, a welcome cheese platter and some complimentary wine from our vineyard are included.

Our four luxury 2 bedroom on-site suites, each sleep up to 4 guests per suite and are incredibly spacious. All suites are equipped with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area, make up stations plus 2 bedrooms and a large two-way bathroom. "Event Only" Packages are available on select days with no onsite accommodation included but option to add a bespoke accommodation package.

"Exclusive Use" Packages come with 2 nights on site accommodation for up to 30 pax included - this guarantees you exclusivity of the venue.

"Exclusive Use" Packages offer the option to make your wedding a multi event WedFest with our Welcome Dinner and Recovery Brunch extension events.

We partner with exceptional caterers and offer the flexibility of a range of beverage package options, from bar tabs to BYO, giving you the freedom to choose what suits best.

If you don't want the stress of BYO drinks and you would prefer we handle the booze, then we offer the option of our carefully curated and very reasonably priced bar menu. You then select a bar tab to a value that you are happy with and if you don't use it all, you get refunded the excess and if it runs out, you have the option to top it up or let your guests then purchase their own drinks. You can also choose not to supply spirits as part of your bar tab but have them available if guests would like to purchase their own from the bar.

From batch made cocktails for a cocktail hour on the croquet lawn, to an after dinner espresso martini service or the option for guests to purchase their own spirits during your dance floor, we have lots of different solutions to suit - all offering great value and choice so you can maintain control over your budget. From 2026, Premium and Boutique Packages automatically include some Squire's Vineyard Wine in your package price (refer to package brochures for more information).

These options are not only budget-friendly but also allow you to personalise the bar offerings to suit your guests’ tastes.

Your wedding package includes professional bar staff to serve your chosen drinks package whether that be BYO or opting for our in house carefully selected menu of crowd pleasing wines and beers, along with the provision of ice and glassware – everything you need to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for you and your guests.

Garden & Premium Wedding Packages include our Croquet Lawn Area with Croquet Pavilion, Pagoda Marquees, Lawn Games and Bar Service from our gorgeous Vintage Caravan Bar.
