About Us

Approx 10 minutes to concert venues and some of the best Hunter wineries, yet so peaceful and relaxing. Squire's Vineyard is set on 100 acres and provides the perfect getaway for family and friends wanting to stay together in complete comfort. Accommodating groups of up to 14, the property offers style and serenity with commanding views to our boutique vineyard.

Four generous bedrooms with king size beds (two of which are extra large and have additional day beds making ideal family rooms), an additional TV room/5th Bedroom which has a pull out sofa bed that can be set up as two singles or a queen size bed.  Three stylish bathrooms,  lovely open plan living and dining with cook's kitchen, indoor BBQ, multiple dishwashers and open fire / air conditioning for extra comfort.  

The property is ideally suited to a group of up to 10 adults and 4 children.  Whilst we can sleep 14 adults it would be in shared rooms.

On arrival we provide some complementary wine and a cheese platter for your enjoyment.   We also stock the kitchen with a range of breakfast provisions for you to make your own breakfast and enjoy more time on the property.  Quality linen and toiletries are also included for use during your stay.  Multiple outdoor areas with outdoor games provided.  Fully fenced and child friendly.

Please note that none of the King beds can be split into 2 x single beds.

TARIFF

Base Rate includes up to 8 guests based on dual occupancy in 4 King Beds.   Single occupancy of beds  (i.e. guests require separate beds)  will attract a $40 linen fee per bed.

Additional guests over 8 guests are charged at $50 per person per night (includes linen fee for additional bedding).

Infants under 2 years free of charge if no additional beds are required.  One portacot is available and can be provided at no extra charge.  You will need to bring your own linen.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A Security Deposit of $1,000 applies to each booking and is fully refundable following check out where there is no damage to the property and the property is left in good condition without the need for excessive cleaning.

1 night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies)
3 night minimum for long weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings
Concert weekends are quoted at a minimum of 14 guests.
